1. Road legal trailer equipped with 3.5T braking system and detachable base. Our trailers are made in Hawke’s Bay using high end components. Includes a three year Warrant Of Fitness and one year Registration.
2. Structural framing using galvanised rolled light steel to suit your design.
3. All the hardware necessary to assemble and brace your framing on the trailer.
Flat Pack with flooring $18,990+GST
Includes:
1. All the above as well as:
a) Flooring insulation
b) Sub-floor plywood
Assembled shell $21,990+GST
All the above but we assemble it for you.

Deck pods
The addition of a deck connects a tiny house to its landscape and completes the space. We have developed an easy to install and relocatable deck design.
Each pod is 2m x 2m, choose how many you want and play with the shape of your tiny house deck.
We also offer a 2m long flight of steps to bring everything together.
